in southern Italy and what a surprise. Hotel was up the hill form the

in a quitter location but still so close to the lively Tropea. Rooms were very clean and parking was easy in a gated lot. Breakfast was perfect on the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. Would stay here again."

area are beautiful and relaxing. Our room was good size as well as a great bathroom with a separate shower (large size) and tub. We had a nice balcony as well with an

. The views of Stromboli and the other islands was great. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a chef making custom omelets and crepes, very fresh fruit and nice pastries. The staff was very good- Noemi at the pool bar was outstanding!"

"Popilia was an incredible place to stay. Eveything about the resort is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and was always very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately kept. The grounds are also meticulously maintianed. The pools is huge and makes you feel like you are in the Caribbean. The restaurant is also very good. If i had to give one criticism it would be to have a wider selection of food options for lunch or dinner. Otherwise 10 out of 10!!"
