Be prepared to carry your bags up spiral staircase 3 floors without help. Bring a towel for pool, they do not provide. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "
