"We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel, which was clean, well furnished and decorated. The location of the hotel is in a quite part, close to the beach and within walking distance of the old part of the town. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when trying to find a place to eat on December 25th. Breakfast offerings are simple but abundant. Sperlonga comes alive during the summer months and for the rest of the year it appears to be boarded up. The hotel's restaurant also is not...

"This was a great place to stay during our driving trip from Sorrento to Bologna. The area and beaches were basically empty and it seemed like we had this part of Gaeta all to ourselves. I’m sure it was because we arrived a little early in the vacation season though. There were many places open (stores, restaurants, beach bars) but as I said, we had them all to ourselves - which was good in a way. The walking hike up on the hill next to hotel was great. "The male waiters were rude and arrogant. The dinner was bad, but the breakfast was good. The shower was switching from hot to cold in a second you had to be careful not to be burned. The cleaning of the bath room needs improvement. Unfortunately we had next to the hotel a big dog barking during nighttime. Not a pleasant stay. "

From breakfast, to the staff, to the room- everything was PERFECT!! I would not only stay here again, but I would recommend it to anyone traveling in the direction of Sperlonga- in fact, I would tell them to go out of their way to stay at Hotel Aurora- that’s how good our trip was.
