"The view from the hotel was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the spa, and spent a lot of time using the facilities in between exploring the area. Our room had 2 floors and 2 bathrooms, which was great. The room decor was a little sparse and the style was very minimal. That's the only area for improvement in an otherwise wonderful hotel."

"Albergo Firenze was a great spot, located right on the square & staff were absolutely lovely. We had a delayed flight, & we messaged ahead, staff responded quickly to let us know they were waiting for us. We loved this spot. "

"This was a stunning hotel right on Lake Como. Beautiful views. Breakfasts were excellent and the restaurant made beautiful meals. There was an issue with leaking AC in our room when we arrived but it was attended to and fixed right away. I'm not sure what VIP Access is/was so I don't know if we had that or not. Would definitely stay again. We were surprised how well-located and how good things were considering it wasn't as expensive as soon. Great value for the cost."
