"I must say that this hotel is definitely not a 5 star category. There is no air-conditioning in the lobby or the lifts. the staff were rude and not friendly at all. My partner and I wanted to see if we could arrange our wedding there and we were told the events manager will come and see us and never did at all. The rooms are dated and in need of updating. They claim to be a spa but they fail to tell you the spa is closed for 3 days of the week. so they need to take that out of the name. we...

"What an amazing hotel! I've been to all inclusive 5 star holidays before and this definitely matched them all. The lazy river was probably the best part of. The hotel as you could swim in it for hours. Staff were so helpful and friendly, beach on your doorstep and every room had a view. Unfortunately, it stank of cigarette smoke, the Wi-Fi didn't work there (we learned that very few of the apartments can access the Wi-Fi) and the TV didn't work.
