"The hotel is amazing in its architecture and style. It is like stepping into another time to a more elegant way of living. The staff is excellent, they went out of their way to make our time special. The concierge, Tomaz, went out of his way to help us find my family’s home here in the Czech Republic. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Great hotel location next to brewery. I do believe for the lack of comforts of the room it is overpriced! You are definitely paying for locations and name. I would not stay here again for the price I paid of $225 a night without breakfast. Room small and no real comforts and AC could hardly keep up. I had to go to my car and bring up a fan. Staff was friendly."

"Great property. Beautiful exterior. Lovely dining hall. Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. Very close to the bus and train stations and walkable to rest of Karlovy Vary. I would definitely stay here again."
