"My reservation was for a 2 queen bed room on the ground floor. I had confirmation that they were booking us ion the ground floor, but on arrival it was a 1 queen bed handicap room. They had no options but to give us a rollaway bed or go to another hotel for one night. So we opted to use the rollaway which had a very poor mattress. They called later in the evening & said they were giving us the King bed suite for the second night which was an excellent room. I appreciated the improved...

"AVOID. Total scam. Furniture is broken down and shoddy. Dirt and dust all over. Jacuzzi was filthy. Owner invented issues...claiming we stole or broke items that were not there, just to suck money. No inventory list was given before and she made up items that were never there to LIE and say we took them...anything from imaginary speakers to chairs to soap dispensers. She offered to buy our Christmas tree so we left it, but kept it and never paid. Total parasite. STAY AWAY!"
