The only reasons we didn't feel it was a 5 star experience is because of the lack of personalised service (majority of staff are offshore contract workers), heavy reliance on shuttle bus transport around the island (including to the beach and around renovation works underway) and the slightly chaotic parking arrangements on the mainland before catching the ferry."

"Room is generally OK, with bright windows. Would have been a great stay if not for the extremely poor Wi-fi. Most of the time there is no signal, resulting in dropped connections. In fact one of the guests in another room had to check out and move to another hotel in order to get a proper wifi for his work. That is a shame."
