"The lady at the front desk (Kelly?) and lobby staff were exceptionally professional and pleasant!!! Thank you"

"Room is clean. Staff is great. Had a good breakfast. Good parking plenty restaurants nearby."

"the front desk eppy treated us like homeless and not guest i put thousands into a room there and there was roaches moldy bathrooms ceiling caving in"

"Good location, rooms were clean, quick check-in, & price was decent. TV did not work and Air-conditioning would not get cold. I set for 65 and it never got below 70 degrees. When I checked out next morning I let them know about the 2 problems and they said they already knew about the TV and was planning on changing today...My thoughts is they should have put me in a different room where everything did work or discount me after my stay, but nothing was done."

"Not a good experience"

"Everything was good and safe"

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were nice. Parking was good"

"Room was fine, price was good/cheap. Had to pay a 40 dollar cash deposit. I said "what's that for?" desk rep said "cause people steal our towels" Got the invoice back next morning with no questions asked and no one checked the room.. so what's the point I guess? Other than that stay was fine."

"Super clean and easy on/off I-40. Was amazed at how quiet the place was. Breakfast was hot & fresh, unfortunate the juice dispenser broke but there were ample choices around that."

"All around, everything great"

"Rooms aren't cleaned between visits and sheets did not appear to have been changed. Poorly maintained."
