"Great stay from start to finish"

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked that there were four pillows on a king size bed and they were pillows from soft soft to a little more firm so you really got a good choice of what pillow would be comfortable for you. The air-conditioning units in the room are a little loud, but on the whole, the hotel was quiet at night, which is where it counts the most when you’re trying to sleep. Would definitely stay there again when in the Zealand Holland area."

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay as the staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was getting our room cleaned. The hotel cleans rooms every other day. Since we didn't need any cleaning service for a few days, we had the do not disturb tag on our door. We then took the tag off the door and even after a couple of days the cleaning staff never came to our room. I notified the hotel desk about it and they had a member of the cleaning team come to our room to clean it. Issue solved!"

"Pool was freezing and hot tub was broke. Breakfast area was small and busy. stayed worse places but will try somewhere different next time."

"Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I stay in hotels 10 months a year. The TV was broke. The sheets and beds were dirty. Breakfast was gross looking. I will never stay at this brand"

"The desk staff was hard to understand. The front desk had no staff to bring pillows to our room. The breakfast food was good. The seating area was very cramped and has only 4 tables. The room TV’s do not allow streaming. The staff doesn’t tell dog owners to quiet their dogs. For what we paid, I would NOT use Hotels.com again. "
