"Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice rooms with TV, central location."

"Nice hotel with a central location in Vaasa. The room was spacious and a nice bed and equiped with ac. The part were we stayed was a little old but still very nice and comfy. The room could have been a bit more cleaned, but still adequate."

"Wonderful place to stay. Accommodating welcoming staff. Fantastic location on the heart of Umea. I highly recommend this lovely hotel."

"Everything was terrific. Great breakfast."

"High quality personnel , good quality for breakfast and buffet dinner , good sauna"

"Great location, but overall the hotel was very quiet in the middle of the most hectic holiday season. We only saw one personnel as a staff and she handled everything from reception to breakfast. There was only one other couple during our stay and this created quite odd feeling. Someone might like this and for others it might be awkward experience. Anyway the location is nice and you can see the sea in all of it's beauty. The "iglus" are very comfortable and clean. The other buildings would need...

"Nice hotel, excellent breakfast "

"For the location, it’s great. Food and wait staff were fantastic."

"Nice apartment. Love the balcony and sauna."

"A bit thick air and high humidity in the room. Difficult to sleep. Everything else was worth of money."

"My room was great. Everything worked accept a few lights and the stove. I had requested maintenance but they never came. So didn't end up cooking on the stove. Just used microwave. It was in a great location with many shops and near by restaurants, so that was nice. Friendly cleaning staff. I enjoyed my stay and will consider staying again next time I am in Vaasa again."

"Nice place to stay felt very safe "

"The manager all ways goes out of his way he be helpful or supportive to his guests needs."

"Excellent location, great breakfast options, clean rooms, easy parking"

"Good breakfast & perfect location."
