"Everything was good but the only thing we didn’t like was that the room service never went to the room to take the trash out and put clean towels in the room. Other than that the service was good."

"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

"Check in was a bit of a cluster and the woman who checked us in was rude and not the most helpful, we had to ask someone else for help and directions on how to find our room. The room was spacious and the bathroom was wonderful, however having a pool view wasn’t the best, as the music from the pool was very loud. "
