"breakfast was great the onsen on top floor is smaller and more crowded than expected but it is great after a long drive. The hotel have more parking spot other than the ground parking lots and parking garage. But you only know when you check in."

"It was a good choice on that location with a modern large onsen with outside bath. The room was large and functional. My only beef with the hotel was that although they have a large buffet restaurant with excellent staff and good selection of dishes - they are the same dishes mostly - day after day. Also meal hours are within somewhat tight limits. The lighting in the room could also be better - a reading lamp by the bed wouldn’t go amiss. Last comment - the wash basins are very low.

"An absolutely incredible hotel set within a stunning forest. You can watch the wildlife from the windows. We saw deer, a fox, birds including woodpeckers, butterflies and stag beetles. The onsen was great, especially the outdoor pool and the food was fantastic"
