"This is an ageing hotel in need of updating in some of the rooms - old mirrors, bath over shower, old taps, etc - however the exterior was having a face lift whilst we were there so maybe some work ahead on the interior. Having said that, the staff were great and extremely helpful, the view was fabulous and the hotel very well located. We would go back again."

"Appartment was large enough for 3 people. The kitchen had everything we required and also was a washing machine and dryer. Had to ask twice for hand soap, shampoo and conditioner as there was none when we arrived. overall staff were very friendly "

"Stayed here in a cabin after hiking the Larapinta Trail. Great place! Very clean, lovely heated pool, multiple laundries, TV room, games room, reading room, food van onsite, great play areas for kids. Right across the road from the Alice Springs Brewing Co for a meal."

"We chose the Mercure for accommodation before and after a hike based on its close proximity to town, it’s secure, & has a restaurant. Couldn’t fault our stay. The rooms were big enough, great shower pressure, had delicious meals at the restaurant, and we felt very safe. An easy 10 minute walk into town. I would stay here again. "

"Great place. Probably not the most expensive on the resort so pleasantly surprised to find toiletries laid out. I guess our unit hadn't been used for a while as there was air the water pipes to the sink and brown water came out initially. It was okay after running it a while and it stayed clean thereafter. The flies are the worst thing about the resort. There are nets you can by at the shops to put over your head. I am led to believe we went at the worst time of year for them and also they were...
