"Fantastic hotel, clean, quiet and the spa facilities included were a great touch. Staff were friendly and the options for food was great. We had room service and could chose food from the pub and resturant too. Hotel entrace has no signage though so i got confused which building to go to. We stopped to visit sandringham and castle ridings which was just down the road. "

"Nothing was too much for the staff, the breakfast was lovely as was the food. It was our anniversary and we were upgraded to a suite. We will be back."

"Hotel in general was nice and beautiful. But our room room was crazy hot and needed 3 fans to cool it down and one fan working all night Nice leisure area. Plenty of choice- pool, sauna steam, gym, jacuzzi Tasty breakfast "

"The staff are really friendly, the room is a good size and the beds comfy. The room is clean, but unfortunately as soon as we opened the door we were hit by the smell of smoke. It’s a non smoking room, but clearly the previous occupants had been smoking. The cleaner had left the window open and we were given an air freshener to spray but it didn’t help. The hotel was full so couldn’t be moved. A real shame, a child and 2 non smokers, it spoilt the stay really."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay whilst exploring parts of Norfolk. Staff provided very hospitable and welcoming service and hotel facilities were excellent including parking. Highly recommend this property."

"Check in was very smooth, staff very friendly and informative about facilities and function rooms as there were 2 in progress. Breakfast room was spotless and well laid out with a large selection of items to suit alm dietary requirements. "

"Last minute night away , lovely welcome from owner showed us where we could park ,how to get to our room and chatted to us for bit,lovely man. Was about 7:30 pm when arrived so we popped are bags in room and then went local town for food , later after back we went to swimming pool for hour was absolutely lovely sooo warm and inviting spent over hour in there had to ourselves ,back in room we got into comfy beds and watched tv before sleeping , In morning got up early went to sweet little diy...
