"Check in was the worst, not even a welcome or a friendly Hi, they just asked for the id and tried to charge us for the full room even when we told them several times we already paid for the room; They looked annoyed and just hand us the keys with no info, usually people tell you at what time the check out is. The room didn't had bath robes or a microwave but did had a fridge. Overall it was ok."

"Nice place. Parking is a nightmare for us older folks. Should be better signage or coded so we know where to park"

"It was great, staff were amazing genuinely love the customer service and attitude, super nice and gave tour place recommendations as well as brochures provided in lobby!! Also serves breakfast~ and definitely recommend visiting the Olde Mystic Village 10 mins from here. But I will admit, it was a bit uncomfortable due to some bugs flying everywhere and sadly no toothbrush/toothpaste nor slippers like other 3 stars I’ve experienced. Our towels specifically had black spots on it T — T"

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained and clean. Staff were very friendly, I would stay again."

"The room was clean and the staff was wonderful."

"Everything very nice"

"This hotel was awesome! My husband and I stayed for a night after a concert at Mohegan. The room was immaculate! The bed was super comfy, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again."

"The first room we were put in had many issues. It reeked of smoke, the TV kept messing up and the tub was steadily leaking water from the faucet. We called the desk and they immediately put us in a new room and everything was good. No smell, the whirlpool was amazing and the TV worked perfectly. The staff was very accommodating."

"Clean hotel near Mohegan Sun. Excellent shuttle service. Would stay there again."

"The bathroom ceiling in my room was damaged, and the breakfast did not meet expectations. As this was my first stay at Comfort Suites, I was disappointed and would be hesitant to stay here again or recommend it to others."

"Room and common areas were clean. Check in and check out were easy and fast. Plenty of free parking in lot. Room was just okay Poor lighting conditions in room and uncomfortable bed. Springs squeak when getting up from the bed. No elevator in the 2 story building. It was ok for 1 night to me but the wife hated it. I would not stay here again unless there were no other options. Breakfast was limited but okay for a quick bite."
