"The staff was so patient when our party had four reservations in two names with Marriott as well as two third party vendors. There had been so many changes that we were missing a different day on each of the rooms. They sorted it all and fixed the problems without overcharging us. There were minor problems with the rooms we had - no heat in one, no hot water in another, a pullout sofa with someone’s snack all crumbled beneath the cushions and no bedding, and a serious leak in the kitchen...

"Property is convenient as far as location. All 9 floors had ice machines that didn’t work. Was told it’s going through a renovation which it does need. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very pleasant. No gym or pool open."
