"We had a really great time at Mystic Mountain. The service was awesome and the receptionist, Ms Gurung was super friendly and helpful. Our room had a nice big patio which we loved. However the shower room felt a bit small. If the weather is clear, you get an amazing view of the mountains and clouds right from the room. We were lucky to catch a perfect sunrise and stunning mountain views from our patio. It was absolutely beautiful. We arrived at Mystic Mountain by bike and unexpectedly ran out...

"This place was truly an oasis in the middle of a busy area of Kathmandu. It was clear that the manager and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and fed. Everything in the room worked (shower, plugs, ac, supplies, etc) which is not always true for some spots in the city. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Ps. The place has no elevator so yiu nay have to go up and down the stairs which wasn't a problem for me."

"This was the perfect resort to stay in post our Everest Base Camp trek. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower was hot. We received excellent service from the restaurant staff, the spa services were high quality and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. All in all we loved our stay at the Terraces and would recommend this as a great get-away from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu / Thamel. Note that the road to the resort is steep and windy and I would recommend booking the transfer...
