"Staffs are very friendly and helpful"

"Great location right opposite the train station. Our room was facing the station so we did experience a bit of noise from traffic. Breakfast was really nice, plenty of choice. Not given 5 stars as they had a promotion advertised for a beer which was buy one get one free, but when I asked for it I was told the offer had finished, which I understand happens but they then didn’t remove the sign and it was as though they just didn’t want to serve us."

"Good value and close to the station. 10 minutes walk to the old town.Automated check in was a bit off putting but there is someone to talk to and the computer did eventually allow me to check in 30 minutes early. The only snag was the luggage storage room which is accessed by a card but no obvious supervision of who does this so did not feel very secure."

"Absolutely beautiful art deco hotel with fantastic bar. The pool and spa area could have been exceptional but the pool was too cold. However the mattresses are too soft and move arpu d on the bed so i had to remake the bed several times a night. "
