Being a distracted, I accidentally booked the wrong date for our 1-night stay. When we checked in, they credited what we paid for the night we booked (and no-showed) to the night we actually wanted. "Had to be moved from our first room because the heating/AC unit was falling off the wall. Plaster all over. The room smelled and there were ants crawling on the walls. The second room was not much better. Everything that was metal was rusted, lamps, fixtures etc. The couch had stains and this was a suit! Dirty!"

"The hotel met my basic needs: a hot shower, working heating and air conditioning, firm bed, clean towels and sheets, a TV that worked, and a mini fridge for my meds. Any additional amenities that other hotels offer are a waste of good money. I choose to spend that money on dining and attractions."

"The house was so dirty and a waste of money. We arrived after midnight on Friday leading into Saturday. I reached out to the host twice during my stay. Once to ask for the WIFI details as it was not provided. And a second time to ask if there is a vacuum because there was some dog hair on the couch. It all went down from there. After being told where the vacuum was kept the closet door had mold all over the back of it. I set out to vacuum the couch but as I looked around for the first time -...

"This was our 2nd time staying here. Michael is terrific to deal with and the house is very clean. It was perfect for our stay while visiting family...and it's great to be able to travel with our fur baby. Even if you don't have pets, it's a great house. There was no sign of pet hair or smell anywhere. "
