"Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked. To be fair, the staff did try to help - but the hotel is HUGE with literally hundreds of people who have no concept of queuing! They were understaffed and being Turkish trumped everything. "Loved our stay here as a family! Staff is great, food options are always fresh and delicious. The grounds are the best I have seen in a resort and the sea is super clean. Definitely recommended and already booked our next stay. ❤️"
