"Was a very accommodative , especially Alan when talking to him about my husband who had a stroke and my father in law who is 88yrs old, I needed something easy access for them on the first floor and rooms close together . He came through amazingly. It truly made out trip to Tennessee from Florida to spend fathers day with three generations of Dads the most memorable time with our son and family!!! Thank you again I will recommend your establishment to anyone :)"

"I had the room in the rear of the building. I guess that since I paid the Expedia price, this was the “budget” room? I had the room with a stain underneath the mattress… not sure if that’s a drink or human fluid of some kind. The room smelled terrible… it smelled really bad. I was so tired from long distance driving that I did not want to bother. I had high expectations based on the reviews but I am not at all impressed."

"To start with the sign is covered by bushes and can't be read. Room had strange smell. Drawers barely opened and smelled of mothballs. No toiletries. Breakfast was cereal or toast. Cereal looked like it was there for years. Front desk staff were very abrupt."

"Pool was closed. Water pressure was pretty bad. It didn’t have the updated smart tvs most of the holiday inn expresses have."

"What a great place to stay. The staff is amazing and the property is beautiful. They provide bikes that can be ridden along their beautiful trails and a fire pit that’s complete with the makings for some mores. I cant imagine staying anywhere else in maryville."

"Stairs into the property are very long and steep. Some travelers may find this unacceptable. Room was nice and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioner noise was welcome as trains go by nearby. A few things could have made the experience better: a sponge and paper towels in the kitchen area, a bigger shelf in the bathroom and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. I also wish we had known that there is no where nearby to get breakfast as all stores seemed to open late. Had...

"Just a real cheap motel room you get what you pay for"

"Room was clean and the hotel is in a good location near downtown. There are plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. Its a older hotel with rooms entered from the outside. Great for a one night stay."

"I can’t say enough about how cute and unique this Yurt is!! Very clean, on-demand hot water, shower…heck the whole bathroom is absolutely awesome, bed was super comfortable, atmosphere inside and outside are serene. Grandson and I made some great memories during our stay…”we hit the jackpot Nini” - his words!"

"The cabin was very cozy, quaint and clean. One of the best fire pit areas we have seen. We also loved the remote location and all the laurel thickets in the area. There are houses near, but it isn’t like pigeon forge where you have 50 people within 100 ft of you! Definitely for nature lovers and people wanting to get away from everything and not afraid of gravel roads. We loved it. "

"The host sent communications early and was on top of it. The host also asked how they could better serve us. I appreciated that! The loft was spacious, and had all the amenities including blankets and board games for when we hung out on the living room. On another note, I may have missed it but this is a 3rd floor loft with lots of stairs. For the healthy children and adults this is absolutely fine, but for older adults who will carry a carry or suite case or larger it will be challenging...
