"Fomos dois casais para um fim de semana em Tiradentes. Escolhemos o hotel por sua excelente localização e ficamos nos apartamentos com os preços mais baixos. O Hotel além da ótima localização tem um café da manhã maravilhoso e os funcionários atenciosos. Mas os quartos que ficamos fazem perder essas vantagens. Muito desconfortáveis. "Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"
