"The Palawan Palm Suites is located right across the street from the SM mall in Puerto Princesa which is perfect for shopping, eating, etc. We stayed in a room for 4, with 3 beds. "I would rate this hotel 5stars except the bathroom situation. I personally prefer to have the bathroom sink i side of the bathroom rather than outside. (Wash hands first after using the bathroom). Otherwise, our stay was great, staff very helpful, polite and attentive. Great breakfast buffet. I would stay here again. "

"It was indeed a great stay! All the staff are very friendly and so accommodating. Special mention to Ate Joy and the other front desk Ate (I can't remember her name) Kuya (the night shift duty all around the staff. They were all helpful in assisting me to use the facility for working at night in the lobby area. Looking forward to staying at Novies but this time with my family.
