"Great location, near both Lille Europe and Lille Flanders train station, as well as the métro and bus lines. Very close to the Old Town, restaurants and stores. Friendly staff and they have a resident cat! Very walkable area. Breakfast was included and had cold and hot options. Quiet at night. Great walk in shower. Again a separate toilet, but very close to the sink. The room was a bit small for me as I like to leave my suitcase out and couldn’t really but it really depends on the room you get....

"Mooie ruime kamer, zeer netjes onderhouden! Gebruik van de lift - erg lang wachten. Het ontbijt was goed, maar de ontbijtruimte was te klein voor het aantal personen dat aanwezig was."

"Excellent location. Breakfast was sufficient; however, it could be improved to match the grand hotel status."

"Great location. Easy to find. Comfortable room"

"Alles was top"

"Nice staff, nice coffee. Bed was a bit itchy though."

"The hotel location was terrific, close to train and major squares. Hotel is colorfully decorated and a little worn. Staff was professional and friendly. Their English is better than my French."

I was pleased that the room had a desk. The bathroom was small but well designed. The staff (who all spoke good English) were friendly and helpful. I didn't have breakfast...

"A wonderfully located hotel with great amenities and super friendly staff. Central location very close to everything. A true gem! We will be booking again! Thank you for a fabulous stay."
