"Very nice facility and cordial staff. Clean, nice pool (a hot tub would have been nice, but pool was clean), and very well done breakfast buffet with helpful staff. A very enjoyable experience!"

Wasn't a huge fan of the bed, older spring matters, but I slept fine and my neighbors were not loud. Thin walls and can hear everything in hallway. "My first room assignment had terrible chemical smell. 2nd room no soap or cups in bathroom. Lighting fixtures broken, only lukewarm water in am. Key card entry broken and junk from piled around outside from other tenants."

"The property was great, centrally located in Newaygo. Our room had a rustic luxury feel to it that was charming and comfortable. Although we didn't do any fishing (just here for a night enroute to another location), the fact that the excursion is available through facility is very convenient. As we walked downtown everyone was welcoming and friendly! Gotta try the jerkey!"

"We had the idea that electricity was available thru solar panels but it never charged or worked the whole time. Told the owner and he didn't do anything about it. Left our shower stuff in his shower and he wouldn't let us get it back from there. Got stuck in the drive the first day when he said it was cleared for ALL vehicles. "

"The host was super nice but and the cabin has potential but we had to lower the rating because the pipes froze in the bathroom the day of our arrival and the kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. Had issues with the wifi/tv too. Probably better suited for warm weather stays, which we would be willing to try. "
