"There was a lot wrong. with the property. It was being renovated and the front entrance was closed. Had to come in the back (west) entrance, walk to the front desk. There was NO carts to bring in luggage. The clerk said there were ONLY TWO for the entire property and could not locate either one. We had to carry 2 loads of luggage and we are 65+. "A very pleasant change from traditional hotels. The breakfast was good and our chef/hostess was very friendly. We appreciated her information on the area."

"Not impressed at all. Decided to stay due to price and rating, have no idea how it was rated so high. You check in at Holiday Inn Express, it's in a separate building in the back. Definitely NOT handicap friendly. Old and decrepit. Some kind of tomato sauce on main comforter. My suggestion is don't stay here unless you don't care. Only positives, bed was super comfortable and stay quiet for the most part. "

"We had a wonderful stay in the Log Cabin—everything was very clean and comfortable with quaint designs that one would expect in a log cabin from the 1800s even though it has all the modern amenities.The area is quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. It’s in the countryside, yet within 5-10 minutes to town. This was our second stay, and we hope to stay there again!"
