"Didn’t like the smell of cigarettes as soon as you walked in the door, but hotel is smoke free and clean. Beds were comfy. A new facility. No breakfast. Not even restaurants open for à la carte option."

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Coke machine upstairs wasn’t working. Only the one downstairs. Housekeeping and staff behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. There were lots of options to choose from…yogurt, waffles, biscuits , gravy, eggs, sausage, fruit, pastries, and cereal, along with coffee and different fruit juices. We really enjoyed our stay."

"I booked online and the post says breakfast was included but when I checked in the front desk agent said that breakfast is not available, the bathroom had dead bugs on the floor, shower curtain was stained, no facial tissue was in the bathroom, general housekeeping was sub par overall appearance of the room was very bad, walls and doors needed cleaning and painting, I’ve stayed here in the past and it’s definitely gone down hill"

"It was a bait and switch. The signage was a rusted and busted Budget Inn with no Rv park anywhere. They never asked for id. They wrote a door code on a piece of paper. It didn't work, they had to reset the code. There were no table, dresser ot lamps. The sheets were curtins they sewed the rod pocket shut We left, no refund was given. "

Toilet flusher broken, it either ran loudly all night or you had to put your hand into the back tank to close the flush valve manualy (the inside back tank was black with mold) 6. Both chairs in the room had broken legs and were unusable 7. The mini fridge had broken shelves/couldn't stack anything 8. The microwave turntable was broken/would not spin so whatever you tried to cook...

"The room was filthy smelled like cigarettes had to go by linens to sleep on towels were stained and filthy mold around the toilet and in the shower no lights in the bathroom. You need to take it off your website. your website showed breakfast in the morning there was no breakfast and I wouldn’t eat anything from that building either."

"The cabin was just as described. Very clean upon arrival and check in was smooth. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. They knew it was my birthday trip and even left me a sweet birthday balloon on the counter. I really appreciated that extra hospitality! I enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake and neighborhood. Neighbors were very friendly. I had a nice relaxing stay and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. I would definitely stay here again! "

"The house is on a lovely piece of property with lots of birds to enjoy as you have coffee on the deck. The house was clean and easy to be in. Communication with the owner was easy before the stay and not needed during the stay."

"We really enjoyed our time at this vacation property. It was great for a range of ages that we came with for our family trip. The property managers were very responsive, which we pleased with. The main negative was that the oven and some of the lights/fans did not work. I believe they have fixed this since and they were able to make it right with a partial refund after the fact. Overall, would recommend this property and would come back"
