"This hotel was easy to find and stood out from the less developed areas of Bonito. It felt safe to be there and we felt safe around the hotel grounds. Rooms are a good size with everything you need. The shower does get very slippery when wet - sounds obvious, but the shower floor is tiled in exactly the same tiles as the shower walls, with no grip or slight roughness to them - I nearly slipped on first entering the shower on day one. A warning, or rubber matting of some sort would be beneficial."

"The hotel is old, but it's s a perfect place to stay when passing through the city! The breakfast is great, Wifi is good and the rooms are clean. But be aware: We had problems with the check in and out though.. They had no records of our Hotel.com reservation and payment. So that was quite annoying, because the night watchmen was not interested in trying to communicate through Google translate, he ended up just giving us a room and leave the trouble for the daytime staff. "The hotel is close to the centre of town and just a few minutes walk from the market. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room has little natural light. Shower was excellent but I missed a reading light for the bed. Staff were welcoming and helpful and responded rapidly when something wasn't right."

"The room given was different from the one we booked (larger, but with 4 single beds instead of 1 double bed). The staff at reception were dull and seemed bored and uninterested. Breakfast was more than good. The surroundings are full of beggars and homeless drug users (can't say it's necessarily unsafe though). Main point is it's OK but way overpriced for what it is."
