"A localização do hotel é excelente para quem quer ficar no centro de Dourados. Anteriormente conhecido como Alphonsus, este foi um dos melhores hotéis na cidade nos anos 80. Mas hoje o hotel parece operar com mínimas atualizações desde seus anos de ouro. As instalações estão velhas e mostram o desgaste. "Foi ótimo não tive problemas, e tudo estava perfeito."

The rating needs to be revised, definitely not a 3 star hotel, not even for Brazilian standards. The hotel is overpriced. We paid more than BRL 300 per night. The room was clean, the grounds were well kept and the staff was very friendly."
