"Staff were ok however they have a very weird booking system for dinner tables no one seems to know how to actually book Most of the reception staff can be hit and miss I am part of an interracial couple and they would be so helpful to me but not so much to me which is weird - wouldn’t come back again unless they do real property update "

"The property is beautifully situated with a lovely view and is potentially very tranquil and peaceful. Unfortunately guests from the neighbouring room disturbed us by appearing frequently on our balcony right outside of our windows. Perhaps it would be prudent to request visitors not to disturb other guests but to stay within the areas which they have paid for and/or public areas on the property. Apart from this issue we had a very pleasant stay and would visit again."

"Our stay at Eden Lodge was horrible and the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. There was no power on in hotel as the generator is only turned on at 6.00pm and the staff were using a torch to try and find our booking. We booked and paid 6 weeks before our stay but the reception had no record of our booking and payment when we tried to book in. Our booking details and payment were only confirmed the next morning.
