"Decent hotel right next to the slopes, with a nice spa and above average food."

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Überteuertes veraltetes Hotel,das einzig positive war das Hunde mit durften. Zimmer an sich war auch gut gereinigt aber es fehlten randleisten am Boden,&&& alles einfach zu alt und renovier bedürftig."
