"Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful and professional staff. Loved our visit to Landgraaf. The only tip is that the suites are likely on the second floor and you have to take the stairs to get in to them. Pack lightly as the stairs are steep by North American standards."

But restaurants/bars area extremely slow service and plenty of them not managed at all, walking around in different sections of huge restaurants area but not really doing anything. "I think the whole problem was perhaps due to a wrong expectation. The online rating and the limited photos gave me an impression this is really a good place. The location is indeed super, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the single room is extremely disappointing and even awkward. It is almost the smallest room that I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is far too narrow. There is no chair, only a stool. No table. Only a small cabin which has a small fridge inside. The window is not tight...

"This is a very unique hotel. It is comprised of several buildings that are connected. It is very clean, comfortable with a staff that goes above and beyond with their service. Breakfast was served in a delightful annex. The host there was fantastic. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful regarding areas and museums we wished to tour.
