"In general, I really like the property. The room is spatial and tidy. We got a mountain-facing room, and the view was awesome. I would recommend for people. Now my complaints. The hotel does not have staff, which means you have to auto-checkin (which is fine), and solve any issue remotely by phone. But it’s a decent location if you are doing the Liechtenstein trail as it’s very close and there is a LIEBike station right at the hotel which is convenient. The bus stop is very close. "I loved my time at Hotel Oberland!! The views are everything. I made a decision to stay in Triesenberg, rather than Vaduz or another town in the valley, primarily to save money. But it was so worthwhile for the views and the quiet away from the busier areas. Thankfully the buses to Vaduz and elsewhere are timely and convenient. (Just be aware it’s an uphill walk from the bus stop, which can be challenging with luggage.) The self check-in system worked well. But it was a very pleasant highlight to have staff cooking during the breakfast service. They were so welcoming, and the food was great, just what I needed for all the hiking I did throughout Liechtenstein."
