"The 1st room received was not clean and had a ton of someones hair left all over the sink. :-( The second one was in the sections for smokers and it retained that musty/tobacco stench. Won't go back there."

A little kindness made me happy and glad. She said come to Poland again, as if I could come to Zakopane I would like to stay this hotel thanks to her. "

"This was the most disgusting "homeless shelter" setting you could imagine. Booked 2 rooms and paid online...showed up and no rooms and the place was disgustlingly filthy and disorganized. Would not stay here under any circumstances. "
