"It was very confusing to determine where to park and how to get to the Pousada, as no cars are allowed. Once we figured that out, a van picked us up in the designated place and took us to the top of the village to the reception area for the hotel. There are a lot of stairs, so not a good place for those with mobility issues. The room was very cozy and the staff were very friendly. "This hotel is quite charming but it’s in an impossible position to access with a car. We spent 2 hours trying to locate the hotel using GPS and the directions the hotel gave us. In the end one of us walked in and arranged with the hotel to send us a taxi to get us there. All exhausting and unnecessary as the hotel could clearly have given better instructions."
