"My wife and I needed a hotel stay for one night. I was looking for a sea view hotel that can take us in immediately! I called the hotel and told them about hotels.com and they agreed! But the rrcepcuonist wasn't familiar with the process! So when I arrived he said that he needs to wait for the fax from hotels.com before he can check me in "although I would need to pay cash anyway" after some negotiation, he was convinced that since in paying cash anyway, he doesn't really need the fax on the...

"I highly recommend anyone looking to relax in the summer time to choose this hotel. The main reason I gave this hotel a 5-star review is due to the staff. By the pool, Nadim was at my side willing to help me with anything I needed, and was friendly and likable. Rima was a great waitress. The dining staff was also excellent, especially Iman and Sybell, the hostess and waitress at their dine-in restaurant. They were very helpful and lovely. I also loved this hotel's facilities and amenities. They have the best shower I ever used."
