"Great location if you’re staying in Leadville. Probably the lowest quality $300/night I’ve spent on a hotel outside of NYC. But prob worth it if you need to stay inside Leadville itself."

"The house itself was okay. It was fairly clean and it was big enough for the two of us except for the bed area. That was pretty small especially towards the end that your feet go into. The other terrible thing is that the tiny houses are located right next to a nightclub and you can hear the music bumping until way late at night. You can also hear all the drunk patrons outside laughing and creating chaos. This tiny house would be perfect if I were a deaf midget."

"Not much to choose from in this location, I got some much needed sleep. Take ear plugs the other gusts seem to like to slam the doors."

"The code provided didn’t work. Many attempts were made to contact staff with no success. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. We received a message the next morning from the staff. We paid for a room we could not use. There were several people at the property with the same issue. The staff does not answer the phone or respond to the chat feature they send."

"The house is very old, old furniture and carpet with uncomfortable beds. One bathroom at the back of the kitchen in house. Up steep stairs to two other bedrooms which was hot with poor air circulation. Not worth the money."
