"We’ve lived in Tennessee all our lives and we wanted to experience this beautiful part of our state! We chose this fabulous vrbo because it had 3 king size beds with baths and it was on the water. When we arrived a bit early, we were captivated by the gorgeous waterfront view and dock. The house is immaculate, spacious and perfect for a couples retreat! It was so easy to communicate with the owners when we had any questions!It rained and we didn’t care because we had a covered porch with a cool...

"The hallways had a strong smell but not in the rooms. The beds are comfy and hot water. The hair dryer did not work though and issues with the phone. Also couldn't connect correctly to the wifi. It was simple enough for us for one night though."

"Roach infestation and bad smell. Roaches large and small in the refrigerator and the microwave. Checked in, stayed approximately five minutes and then left. Went to the front desk and requested a refund. He offered another room, however, I cannot stay in a roach infested property. Then he began to yell and accuse me of not liking him for not staying at the property. The property has since refused to give me a refund and so did Expedia. I am very disappointed with Expedia as well for offering...

"We had a great stay even though the weather for fishing was not ideal. The host Bradley was great! Very friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed the room. It is a lodge type setting and we enjoyed the interaction with the other guests in the great room. Will definitely be back."
