"Traveling for a family event in the area. Staff was ok. Room was barely adequate, very run down. Tub wasnt the cleanest and very dingy and old. What was horrible was the room next to me had two large dogs who barked alot and the occupants came in after midnight they were extremely loud, dogs barking, yelling, banging doors it kept me up most of the night both nights. Then I attempted to have breakfast on Saturday and they were out of mostly everything at 9:15 They opened at 9. Would not stay...

"Clean room"

"We had a fantastic time! Perfect for couples, less than 15 min drive from Lafayette Blue Springs and less than 30 from Madison Blue Springs. Cabin had everything we needed. The perfect rural Florida gettaway, we plan to come back and stay again next year!"

"Fantastic stay and amazing property owner. They were accommodating and helpful. Very glad I choose to stay here. I needed it to complete a job for a client and wasn’t expecting such a cool place to unwind after a hard days work. Two big thumbs up!"

"We came in really late, and Stacey was there at 11 pm to greet us. The trailer was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you"

"This property was the perfect family get away. My only regret is that we didn't have more time! The host has thought of everything. The porch underneath is worth the trip. What a fun spot. The property is beautiful and quiet. We watched deer feed across the street while eating breakfast on the upstairs porch. Will definitely be back!"

"The property was amazing, and the cabin was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I wish more people could see this slice of what Florida really offers. We will return, for sure. This was a gift for our grandchildren, and they absolutely loved it all, especially the fishing and kayaking. The location was super convenient for taking them on the Ichetucknee River tube run--a must-do while that close. We appreciated having wood for the fire and the kids made s'mores on our last night. It is...

"Everything was fine"

"Check in was very easy. The host have a great check in and check out system. I was so worried at first. Because we have never taken anytime away from home since we met. And it was our anniversary weekend and he told me to pick the place. So if was our first time also using a booking app. So it was a big relief when we got to our destination and everything went so smooth. I huge thank you to our host Jeff. We appreciate all that your place at Butterfly Crossing had to offer. And we hope to be...

"What a wonderful vacation! We missed our family reunion on the Suwannee for a couple of years at another location because the house was sold. Then we found the Malecot house…and what a find! What a wonderful place to kick back and relax! Fishing, boating, and just a short ride to the springs. And those sturgeon! Never saw so many jumping! We took a vote and this is our new yearly getaway for the family! Thank you Julie for your wonderful hosting and help! Blessings to you and yours from...

"Great weekend of paddle boarding and tubing with the grandchildren. Loved that we could also bring the dog. Perfect place for a family getaway. Wished we had booked for the week. Really appreciated access to Leroy Brown Park to be able to drop in to the Ichnetuckee."

"Great property with great communication and very peaceful highly recommended"

"This place is great. We've stayed there for 3 years in a row and plan on coming back next year! They have everything you need. All you need to bring is your clothes and food."

"We cancelled our stay and requested a refund.1. There are numerous dead insects in the kitchen as well as evidence of roach frass on the counters, the fridge, and in the cupboards (particularly in the cupboard containing the glassware).2. The HVAC filter is severely clogged, installed improperly, and appears to have been pried to the side to allow more airflow to bypass the filter, exacerbating respiratory issues.3. A thick layer of dust is on the fan in the master bedroom, and appears to not...

"A nice little getaway for a couple of days - great change of pace. While we didn’t bring children, I could see this an ideal place to bring kids and/or a large family to have plenty of space. Our dog (passed after we booked it) would have loved the ability to roam around in a gated area.Owner was very attentive. A tree fell on the wood bridge to the river right before we arrived and she had it fixed within the hour."

"Great communication from the host. Very nice spot on the river, what else could you ask for. "

"We were in the area to check out some local spring and loved the accessibility of this VRBO’s location. This property was amazing and super fun. Can’t wait to go back."
