"Fantastic Stay in Berawa, Bali We had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Berawa. From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception were incredibly professional and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were even offered complimentary tea and coffee on arrival—a lovely touch. Our initial room was located on level 5 at the back of the hotel, but due to nearby construction noise, we requested a change. The staff handled this promptly and moved us to a room on the second floor in the middle section of the hotel. We really appreciated how accommodating they were. The hotel itself is spotless—our room was immaculately clean and well-maintained. A standout feature is the fresh water stations available on each floor, along with fresh, refillable water bottles provided daily. It’s a great sustainable touch. Another bonus is the location: directly opposite the hotel is a free shuttle bus that takes you around the town centre, making it super easy to get around. Overall, we couldn’t fault our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

" There are many cafes and places to eat nearby and it’s also walkable to the beach - a very busy, bustling area. I had to cut my stay short for personal reasons however the staff was kind and accommodating in helping to make this unexpected change. "

"This property is on the quiter side of Canggu. There are many restaurants and shops on the same street as the hotel. Red and white bottle shop is close by for those looking for wine. The staff were great and very helpful. Internet was fast but TV is limited to the internet. Really nice place to stay."

"The hotel was comfortable, easy access to canggu downtown and beaches. The room services provided was good. Especially the few boys by the name of Yusof and Ayu etc who bring the food to my room when I requested the room service. In room restaurant, Heni was well attentive to me and my wife. My wife love the restaurant sea food fried rice very much. "

"An escape within an escape. The room was delightful and felt like an oasis within the property. I had difficulty justifying leaving the property when so much was available. It was an amazing stay, with a private pool, breakfast included (in-room service, too), and friendly staff."

"Beautiful hotel. It was a sanctuary in the hub bub of canggu. We walked to the crate everyday for breakfast. The beach was a 30 minute walk away. Many great jewellery and boutique shops close by. Great places to eat within 20 minute walk or a 5-10 minute grab drive. Traffic is very busy so allow plenty of time getting to the airport. Great spas here too. The bar and lunch menu at the hotel was also excellent and the staff at the pool were excellent. Would stay here again if we were in the area. Our villa was superb. Highly recommend this villa/ hotel . "
