Excellent stay with clean and neat rooms and good food.The view and ambience was excellent too…I would recommend the stay.

On the plus side, it's a beautifully situated property, very nicely decorated, with tasty breakfast and good, caring service with a smile. On the minus side, there is no noise insulation in the room at all, you will get very loud environmental noises leech into the room from outside all day and night. Besides the long steps up to our room, this was a very pleasant stay for my sisters and I. The owner was very nice and welcomed us. The property has such a beautiful view. The property itself is very cozy sitting on a hill. Every morning breakfast is served, fresh eggs, delicious toast, juice and tea. It's a brand new hotel when I visit the hotel. I was amazed by the facilities and the overall quality of my room when it's compared to it's price tag. The room was clean and smelled good. amenities were good too. I gotta mention about the staff there, they were super friendly and convenient. They gave me an extra hour to check out for free. Jack tree lodge is a nice place to stay, the owner is very nice and the staff too, we felt home. They offered breakfast every morning. The location is a 15 minutes walk from the city which was better for us. The rooms have a nice view. The only disadvantage in Kandy is that almost everything closes around 10 pm so nothing much to do or places to eat.

Pearl was a great little place on the side of the mountain near the train station in Kandy. The property is clean, quiet and safe and the sitting area is a place where you could zone out and spend hours reading or just enjoying the view. it is a short walk down to the main streets of Kandy where local restaurants and cafes etc are everywhere. I LOVED my stay at Kandy Hub Guest House. It's not in the city, so you'll need a car to get there as it's a bit hard to find. The distance was totally worth it to me for the views, affordability, and attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. I really enjoyed the rooftop breakfast too. The room was very clean and comfortable.
