Hotels with smoking rooms in Karnataka from SAR22

"Hotel is Good and convenient but on the day of check in I reached hotel by 12 Am, and I was told that your booking has been shifted to some other hotel due to over booking, so I really got annoyed and shown them the confirmation also, though after some time I got the room but it was really irritating as I was waited for 15 mms just for Nothing."

"There is ample scope of improvement considering the brand name associated with it. The facilities and room fittings/furniture can be upgraded. The floor carpet has a stale stink and needs up gradation. The washroom drains are very slow (almost clogged) and the toiletries are quite basic. The food buffet layout is average and does not match the high price charged. Overall: an average experience"

"This hotel was adequate for my needs. Basic amenities and reasonably clean. Woman at reception seemed confused when we arrived. We had a printout of out 'last minute' booking so not sure why the confusion. We insisted on 2 keys to the room even though they were hesidrnt to give us 2 but my partner needed to go to work so we needed an extra. No toilet paper in bathroom but was provided upon request. TV not working but maintenance came and fixed it. At 3am in the morning our room was accessed by...

"Do you guys even have an idea of the property you list on your page, they call themselves a business hotel, but they are not even close to a roadside lodge. Call for a tea through room service at 4 PM and a standard reply, "kitchen is closed". This is the most ridiculous place I have ever stayed."
