We drove from Zagreb airport and arrived at night so couldn't easily find where reception was, however this was obvious in the day as it is the main building between the restaurant and Villa Dora. "Only issue with hotel was noise... but as with so many hotels in Croatia, it was constructed before soundproofing was a "thing" - so of you ever have a need or desire to stay in Karlovac bring a sound machine or some ear plugs and enjoy this charming hotel with excellent service and comfortable rooms. Right on the river, in the middle of a lovely park, we very much enjoyed our stay except for being awakened too often and too early by hallway noise. The included breakfast was also good, but...

"Comfortable room with plenty of space to spread out. Quiet. Great staff and service, and absolutely fabulous buffet breakfast. After our stay, we regretted booking only one night. Great stay. Highly recommend."

"A bit hard to find, but the setting made it worth the trouble. The room was quite small, but was clean and comfortable. A great place for those who may like to hike or just experience the beauty of nature. Meals in the restaurant were very good, and the service was excellent. WiFi was slow at best."
