"Very convenient location to visit the Fish River Canyon. It is a little pricy, but the rooms and whole accommodation is very nice and has a unique design with a lot of attention to detail. "

"The Lodge is situated on the edge of the canyon with spectacular views. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a nice big shower, however, the shower head fixture had been fixed with a finger plaster and was shooting water out in all directions. The food is ok, not great, and I would have expected a higher quality at a lodge in this price range."

"This place exceeded our expectation. The owner Andre is the most amazing host, and together with his staff made our stay very memorable. The farm is huge and has an abundance of both domestic and wild animals. We learned so much on our drives through the farm! Andre always had cool drinks in his vehicle so we could stay hydrated in hot weather - very thoughtful! "Didn't realise the ablutions were seperate from the rooms, but it was actually fine as we're used to camping and were only sleeping over 1 night. Comfortable enough beds. Not much dressing space in shower cubicle. We ate in the restaurant and had the BEST Springbok steaks EVER!"

"This is a wonderful place with breathtaking scenery and views. I could have spent days just looking and enjoying the peace and quiet. The breakfast and dinner was very tasty and they even considered that we are vegan. Their reforestation project is grandiose as well as what they do with the income. We enjoyed the time very much."
