"This was our third stay in one of the cabins on the property. Well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Great groomed walking trail all around the pond, perfect to exercise our dogs and stretch our legs after a long drive. Tons of bird activity for those interested in a bit of bird watching. We will be back!"

"After making a reservation about two weeks in advance, we get there late in the evening to find out they do not have a room available that we reserved. Then, we reluctantly agreed to another room and the smoke smell was so strong. We went to the desk to ask for another room and were told they did not have any other rooms. We had to go to another establishment and find a room. Don’t waste your time. "

"Good information and communication from the host; the cabin exceeded the description; wonderful location near a private lake with hiking trails (our dogs loved it); and a fully-stocked kitchen."

" The cabin was clean and the lake and beach area were nice. Some suggestions, there was no frying pan to cook breakfast. An added mirror in the bedrooms would be nice with only one bathroom. And the nightstand as a dresser did not leave enough room for 2 people. We had to leave the clothes in our suitcase.Overall though it was a nice place to stay."

"Supply and demand. If you're looking at this place, you've got a reason to stay in or around Francesville. You don't have many options. The place is small, no frills and dated. It was fine for my family for a couple of nights as we weren't in the house very long. Our cost for 2 nights all in was 387. Don't have high expectations and you'll be ok.It was easy to check in. Wifi worked. Had hot water and a TV."

"YIKES. Black mold and rust all over the bathroom ceiling and in the AC vents. Given the way the ceiling looked, I can't imagine the whole place not being infested with mold. The sink and shower water smelled VERY strongly of sulfur (rotten egg/fart smell) and I smelled awful after a quick shower. Whenever we washed our hands, the room would stink. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower upon arrival. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the fridge was big. It was a rough stay. Expedia said...
