"The property is at good location. The staff is very cordial. The mattresses are old and had severe back problem. The carpets in the staircase are old and need replacement. The breakfast was the best. "

"They never checked us in as they never received the booking in their system. I have been trying to connect with hotels.com since but to no response. It was a paid booking and in the peak season we were left stranded amid rains with no hotel. Zostel blames Hotels.com for wrong listing as there is no such room available with balcony.
