"Had a pet odor so bad we bought air freshener ( breakfast) was always out toster was out of order juice dispenser was out of order and not 1day all 5 days. hot tub out of order. Laundry yep out of order ran out of coffee for the room on day 2 should have left sooner than we did it never got better and we did leave 2 days early/ clean beds &bathroom"
