When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this."

"Lovely stay in a beautiful bush setting. Great for our kids with all the animals and fun things to see and do. We especially loved the pigs and feeding a wallaby Joey that Michelle was caring for. "

"Remote location. Nearest village is cygnet which is about 13min drive away. Larger town Huonville is 30 min drive. We choose this location to chase the aurora and it did not disappoint. Absolutely wonderful cabin. Equipped with everything you need. Extremely comfortable, quiet and picturesque."
