"The staff did their best, the room was OK but overlooking the noisy street. This area has declined to the extent that it felt more like north Africa than Germany. Lots of police activity during day and night. I would not go back but that is not the fault of the hotel, it is a result of the disastrous EU migration situation."

"Warning about location, it’s kinda at the border between the city side and train station side (where there are many many homeless people and drug addicts). Although the room was clean, everthing was very old. There is no AC in the rooms and the temperature and humidity are unbearable. We had the room facing the main street and the room was really very hot. Do not recommend overall"

"The receiption seems to have only one staff member working 24/7. A screaming match with him and a guest met me on arrival. Migrants seem to live here full time. There was shouting all night. It was frightening and unsafe. I checked out early and left. Changed rooms also. Horrible experience. Filthy"

Great location, great customer service!!!
"Although the weather was rainy and cool, the location of the hotel made it a great place to stay for the weekend before returning to the States from a Business meeting. The hotel is located a few steps from the train station, making it a great place to stay. The rooms are bright and clean. Also, what made my stay great was the customer service, Thank you Roman for all your help!!!"
